My rollercoaster experience!
Location was fantastic, with easy access to major attractions! The staff was attentive, providing helpful tips.
Room felt cramped, and bathroom space was quite limited. Noise from neighboring rooms is an issue when others aren't considerate.

Conveniently located near the central station, this charming hotel offers cozy rooms with lovely canal views. The breakfast was excellent, including delicious vegetables. Staff were helpful, assisting with bookings and local tips. The only downside was the room size. It was slightly cramped, and the noise from outside could be bothersome during busy times.

Location, you can walk everywhere.
Room No. 30...... At the check-in you should be given a helmet in addition to the key, to avoid bumps on the head and kneepads for the legs. I chose a double at a higher price to have more space, but it wasn't like that. The 30 is on a mezzanine floor, so you have to go down or up half a floor on a steep and narrow stairs. The roof is a V-shaped inverted by the transverse ones outside so you can't avoid the blows. The bathroom is minimal but manageable. The shower has no door or curtain so when you take a bath the whole area is filled with water. The hotel is very basic, I think there was only one channel in English. The breakfast that was included, luckily for me, the area was being renovated and they gave me voucher for the breakfast in the Renaissance Hotel that is next to the Singel, and it was wonderful, so at least the breakfasts were excellent. I recommend that if they give you room 30, you run away or ask for a helmet, and that the receptionist told me it was "One of the Nicest Room", I couldn't see any other to check if this is true. I asked for a wake up call and they told me that they don't have that service that what you do is send someone to knock on the door, which they didn't do either. For about $$$ more I would choose another hotel. Be careful at the entrance of the hotel, the steps are not proportionate, and I still have knee sequels from the fall I took, as soon as I open the front door.

The staff was very nice and helpfull, breakfast was good and included in the price, also there was free Wi-Fi and television. The hotel is close to the Central Train Station (app. 600 m). Also the hotel is very clean.
Rooms are abit small, but they have everything one needs including a safe and bathroom. There is however no parking available at the hotel, but i was travelling by plane so it was not really an issue for me.

The room was cozy and had a nice view of the canal. The bed was really comfortable, great after a long day. It was a bit on the small side, but that's pretty standard for Amsterdam. I liked that there was a smart TV with Netflix, so that was a fun bonus. The other thing to note was there wasn't any air conditioning, so it might get warm in the summer.

Location is very good with many eating places & supermarkets nearby.
Staff very friendly & helpful--especially Anniko. Sat down with map and told our group of places we could go to. Breakfast was excellent with fresh, hot croissants & excellent breads & fruits.
Rooms are small, but not sure if this is standard for Amsterdam. We had the same room at both of our stays on September 16 & September 30. The ceiling is slanted so I kept bumping my head and I'm not tall by any means. I am 5'3". We had to stoop down to walk around bed in the room. Shower splash screen could be a little wider so that water from shower does not splash out to wash basin area. Because wash basin is so small (standard Amsterdam?) the floor would be all wet after brushing our teeth & washing our face.

Perfect location. breakfast and free WIFI (but the connection may not be stable in the room).
Room too small, does not worth for the 100 EUR price.
